RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY.
The 7-day return time limit begins the day you received your package.
If there is a problem with a purchase, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any concerns about the item or so we can wait for a return. This contact should be made by Etsy so that a record of the customer’s doubts and complaints remains, for that reason we will not answer these issues by phone, or by means other than Etsy mail. When returning an item, the customer must ensure that the package reaches its purchased value, INSURED and pack carefully so that the item is not damaged in the transition. I encourage the buyer who wish to return from USA to use USPS and package must be marked as RETURN, if not i will take the amount out of duty charged fees. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item to make sure it is in its original condition.
Items will not be accepted for return if they have been severely damaged or altered in any way.
We will refund your purchase as soon as the item has been received and approved. In addition, there will be a restocking fee charged equal to the retail rate postage cost set by Canada Post. Shipping is a completed transaction. I can not get a refund on the original shipping for an item delivered, therefore that part of the transaction is not eligible to be refunded.

After the 7-day return period, we also offer an exchange by another article within 30 days of the purchase date. It is important that the customer knows that an item can be exchanged only once.
For the claim of missing packages please note that we are NOT offering a refund. It must be reported to the shipping courrier and asked for incident or ticket number so they can do investigation. Or if the tracking is marked delivered, and package is missing, please report to your local authorities for stolen packages because it’s a federal offence. After the investigation, we can only send a replacement of the missing package or item, NOT a refund.
The responsibility of us as sellers will end when the tracking number of the package indicates that it was delivered at the correct address of its destination.
