The 7-day return time limit begins the day you received your package.
If there is a problem with a purchase, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any concerns about the item or so we can wait for a return. This contact should be made by Etsy so that a record of the customer’s doubts and complaints remains, for that reason we will not answer these issues by phone, or by means other than Etsy mail. When returning an item, the customer must ensure that the package reaches its purchased value, insured and pack carefully so that the item is not damaged in the transition. Items will not be accepted for return if they have been severely damaged or altered in any way.

The responsibility of us as sellers will end when the tracking number of the package indicates that it was delivered at the correct address of its destination.
